Kimberly Kaye Wyatt
Biography
Best known as the flexible girl that can put her leg by her head from the Pussycat Dolls, Kimberly Wyatt has the drive and ambition to change the world one step at a time. Not only does she tour the world, sell millions of albums, and win VMA Moon Men for Best Dancing in a Video and best Dance Video, she also shares her knowledge of dance and the industry through her workshops, Bring Your Heels. “Bring Your Heels is my way of staying true to my foundation of dance and inspiring others to believe in themselves,” Kimberly says.
Originally from Warrensburg, Missouri, Kimberly started dancing at the age of 7.
Winning many regional titles for Miss Dance of America she was awarded scholarships to train at the Joffrey Ballet, Broadway Dance Center, and Steps on Broadway in New York. At 17 Wyatt left her small town and started her professional career dancing and singing aboard Cruise Ships. After sailing the seas for a year and failing to find her sea legs, she was ready to discover what else life had to offer.
Kimberly Wyatt arrived Los Angeles in 2001. Her career began to take off after booking feature dancer roles in The Rundown, Starsky and Hutch, Be Cool, and 13 Going On 30. She was a regular on the sketch comedy Fox television series, Cedric the Entertainer Presents and even danced with Jack Black on the MTV Movie Awards. Dancing for Nick Lachey on the MTV reality series, The Newlyweds, gave her the opportunity to meet the right people and land a spot in the recording group, The Pussycat Dolls.
Ms. Wyatt has shown her humanitarian efforts by raising $5,000 in support of RAINN and is planning a future fundraiser to further her support and appreciation for the charity. Her love for expression and inspiring others is shown through her website, www.beautifulmovements.com.
Kimberly Wyatt is excited to create more opportunity and expand on her love for Creative Direction, Choreography, Music, and Writing. With a book and clothing line in the works, Beautiful Movements t-shirts and tanks, designed from her own artwork, for sale, and music on the way, Kimberly is sure to continue dominating the world with her passion for self expression.
