okay ...I don't really know what to say lol...still can't calm down now!!
Alright!Um...everything started with Carmit's twitter.
When we knew the Carmit was coming to HK,we went nuts lol...after the whole week,we found that we might not have the chance to meet her since we had no idea where she was staying and when she came to HK.But then the miracle happened to us in the yesterday morning.
Carmit tweeted she was staying @ the Upper House Hotel and asked her friends and fans to meet her!and then we went wild again and kept calling the hotel and see if they could put Carmit on the phone.Unfortunately, she wasn't at the hotel and we just left our cell phone no. and that was about 5:30pm.
Times went by,we started to feel hopeless since we thought she might not go back to the hotel soon and we just kept waiting in our homes.
Around 8:15pm,my cell phone rang!!!!
me:hello(in Chinese)
Carmit:Hello,Nadia.I am Carmit!
me:CARMIT?!!!OMG...
that's how we started the conversation lol...she asked me if we would go to meet her since she would be leaving at 9pm.I was like"it's 8:15 now!!"Carmit replied:yes...so would you like to come? ME:::YESSSSS lol...YESS of course!!!
I ran out immediately. My family was like::wtf are you doing?where are you going?!I was screaming out:::I'M GOING TO MEET PCD!!!!SHE CALLED ME!!!
I was on the train and knew I would be late so I called Carmit again and see if she could hold on for a couple mins. The 2nd conversation was really funny coz we actually talked like some friends lol...and she even replied me in something I believea it's Chinese!!lol...and we lauhged a lot...so I eventually could successfully postpone the time to 915pm instead of 9pm.
We arrived there and kept waiting. We were like:::Ohhh is that her??!CARMIT!!....oh NO....=((( lol...
About 9:25pm she FINALLY came down!!!!OMGOMGOMG
"I saw your twitter stuff,it's soooo sweet!"She told me about the twitter thing!!OMG!!!and she gave us a HUGEEEEE hug,so did her mom Tina<333They were BOTH SOOOOO sweet and so nice to us!!!
And then we sat down and talked about some general things, like her solo album and about HK.We got some signature and I was super nervous!!!I didn't really speak that much lol....most of the time i just listened to Carmit and looked at her OMG lol...I sound like a perv!lol...
Ohhh...Carmit kept saying "you're sooo sweet!!"to me <333I was kinda blushing haha...
My friend Nicolas suddnely said we wanted to sing a song to you Carmit!!I was like:::wait wait  what's going on!!??(of course it's in Chinese lol..)and Nicolas just ignored me lol and kept saying "we would like to sing Stickwitu to you!!"I was totally cracked up since I was super terrified to the cameras. And Carmit just laughed at me coz I was tooooooo shy  After singing that she gave us a HUGE hug again and I said "argh!I couldn't breathe!!"She laughed out loudly haha...
As they were about to leave,we tried to have more signature for friends.Again she and her mom gave us such a HUGEEEEEE hug again!!I guess we got at least 3 times for hugging lol??
PS when we gave her the Europe edition PCD,she was so surprsied coz she has never seen this before!!And she kept looking at the tracks and said "cool!!it's really cool...omg this track"!!!

Evil Deodorant!!(latest blog from Kim)
We live in a money hungry world where knowledge isn’t handed to you but with a curious mind you can attain life saving information. Society doesn’t offer any information if it means declining profits. The results of growth hormone injected meat, processed foods can be seen in our younger generations as they hit puberty younger and younger. When money and power rule the leaders of our worlds we are left to find balance in our own. If not, we are left victim to the effects.
Cancer, breast cancer, Alzheimers, and dementia are all health problems I have become familiar with by watching the people around me deal with it. When my Aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer I watched her fight the battle from afar. Coming home to see surgery scars in her armpit, no hair due to chemo, and heartfelt stories of bravery through her struggle left me in awe of her triumph. Now the stories of friends fighting breast cancer, having breasts removed, going through chemo, and now even men getting breast cancer are constant. Thankfully everyone I know has very supportive families that help him or her through their struggle. I can’t imagine having to go through something like that alone. But what bothers me is that every person that visits their doctor is then told that aluminum in deodorants is a factor that can lead to breast cancer. Why is this news so new to us until diagnosed with it?
Aluminum is a toxin and has been linked to Alzheimers, brain disorders, respiratory disorders, and cancer. Aluminum clogs the pores in your underarms trapping body odor and sweat keeping you sweat free and smelling good. But the effects it has on the inside of your body isn’t worth the risk. Leaving the toxins with nowhere to go can also lead to problems with the sweat glands and lymph glands.
Making the change from regular deodorant with aluminum to organic, aluminum free can be a difficult transition. When I made the switch I found that as the aluminum broke free from my pores and allowed the toxins to escape I sweat like I had never sweat before! My shirt was soaked, I admit, I had pit stains! It didn’t smell all that fantastic either. But it proved to me that the change was necessary. I wanted to give up and run back to my evil pore clogging deodorant a couple times because I admit I didn’t want to sweat and I didn’t want to stink. I had to try a couple of different types of deodorant in order to find a brand that worked for me.
I tried rock crystal, which was interesting; it was like rubbing a big piece of crystal on your underarm. I didn’t feel that it helped at all and it didn’t make me smell good either, it just basically did nothing for me. But I did find a few brands of roll on that are fantastic. Lafes natural and organic deodorant is so far my favorite. It uses mineral salts to keep you from sweating a lot and essential oils to make you smell good. Knowing that I have found an alternative that works make the switch a no brainer.
While big companies do there best to deny the medical finds of what harm your deodorant can cause I find comfort in knowing that I can make a better choice free from harm. Trust your instincts and make subtle changes in your everyday life. This awareness will save you from health risks and problems in the future. Being aware of our body that is our temple is not just a job it’s our duty.

Ashley's interview

Part1
Part 1 of our interview with Pussycat Doll, Ashley Roberts. She talks about touring with Britney Spears, Lady GaGa and even Wesley Quinn and Asher Book of V Factory.
Part 2 of our interview with Pussycat Doll, Ashley Roberts. Ashley opens up about the break up rumors surround the girl group, dancing a whole show in heels, and even her plans for the future.
Jet back to the spring of 2005. Remember turning on the radio and hearing the sexy and undeniably catchy chorus of “Don’t Cha” for the first time and thinking to yourself, ‘What is this hot song?’ We do!
Now, fast forward to four years later. With two successful albums, chart topping singles such as “Dont’Cha,” “When I Grow Up,” “I Hate This Part,” multiple sold out shows and touring with some of the biggest artists, like as Britney Spears, The Pussycat Dolls are definitely not just another girl group, but a force to be reckoned with.
We caught up with the beautiful and talented Pussycat Doll, Ashley Roberts last week, after her vacation in Ibiza. Talking with Ashley was like catching up with an old friend. This girl has a sweet personality that makes you feel
Not only is this girl beautiful, but she’s humble as well. She couldn’t help but gush about her fomer opening artist, Lady GaGa. “Every night, I would try and get my hair and makeup done as fast as I could, so I could go out and watch her set. She’s amazing.” says Roberts. She even had nothing but good things to say about the guys of V Factory.
I just had to ask the questions that are on everyone’s mind. What’s next for The Pussycat Dolls? Are The Pussycat Dolls breaking up? The answer is….well, there is no definite anwer. Ashley exclusively confirmed to us that while the future of The Pussycat Dolls is anyone’s guess, they are currently on a break, pursuing solo projects.
This beautiful blonde isn’t just a talented singer and dancer. With a supporting role in the dance flick, “Make It Happen,” she can now add actress to her resume. At the moment, Roberts says that she isn’t rushing into any roles and is taking her time looking over scripts, to find the right one for her.
One thing’s for sure….This girl truly is a doll!
Make sure to follow Ashley on Twitter for all the latest news on the blonde beauty!
